Supersedes All Previous Warranty Policies
At SureFix, we are committed to providing superior quality and durable products. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for all SureFix-branded products, including Pipe Supports, Hangers, Pipes, Fittings, Clamps, Brackets, Valves, Water Meters, and related accessories.
At SureFix’s discretion, defective products may be repaired, replaced, or compensated (in part or full) depending on the nature of the defect and usage condition.

The warranty period begins from the date of invoice or purchase. Any replacement or repair does not extend or renew the original warranty term.
Manufacturing Defects in material or workmanship that affect the proper functioning of the product.
Premature failure of components under normal installation and operating conditions.
Functional issues that arise due to internal product faults within the warranty period.
Damage caused due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
Wear and tear due to normal aging, corrosion, or scaling caused by water quality.
Damage due to chemical exposure, high water pressure, thermal shock, or mechanical impact.
Failure resulting from incorrect storage, transportation damage, or improper maintenance.
Consumables or rubber parts (O-rings, washers, gaskets, seals) that naturally wear over time.
Damage due to third-party accessories or improper system integration.
Acts of nature such as fire, flood, lightning, or earthquake.
Customers must report warranty claims within the warranty period from the date of purchase.
The claim should be submitted with:
Original invoice copy
Product photos showing the defect clearly
Installation details (if applicable)
SureFix’s Technical Team will inspect and verify the claim (physically or via documentation).
If approved, SureFix will provide repair, replacement, or credit at its discretion.
In case the same product model is discontinued, a product of equal value or specification will be provided.
For warranty-approved repairs or replacements, no charge will apply.
For out-of-warranty cases or non-manufacturing defects, service or replacement charges will be levied as per actuals.
Transportation and labor charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer unless explicitly covered under warranty.
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Products must be installed and used in accordance with SureFix installation and usage guidelines.
SureFix reserves the right to inspect and test any returned product before approving a claim.
Any product replaced or repaired under warranty will remain the property of SureFix.
The company’s decision on the nature of defect and applicability of warranty will be final and binding.
SureFix reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
Warranty does not cover blockage due to debris or sediment, magnet tampering, or reverse flow damage.
Calibration drift due to scale or water quality is not covered.
Broken seals, cracked glass, or body damage due to mishandling are excluded.
